Purpose of the Workout:
Since we did a lot of push ups yesterday for our Murph prep, today our strength portion is going to substituted for a high power output couplet of power snatches (since we have not done them in awhile) and push presses. The goal here is to choose a weight that we can move continuously for the whole 30 seconds.

Our WOD today is a 10:00 AMRAP that features overhead kettlebell swings and burpees. Each set does not contain many repetitions which is designed to allow us to move the whole time without over fatiguing any one muscle group or movement.
