Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of our strength portion today is to find our 5RM bench/ floor press! We have been working on building strength and refining our technique all month and this is a culmination of that.

Our WOD today features a couplet of single arm pull and push movements with toes to bar between them. This is a very hip oriented WOD that will also challenge our ability to maintain high power output.
