Purpose of the Workout:
The first part of today’s WOD is a couplet of weighted dips and single arm kettlebell bent over rows. The weighted dips are a great way to build strength in our triceps and chest that will make us better at the bench press.
The conditioning portion of our WOD today is 3 rounds of a triplet that will be performed like a chipper. The goal here is to finish as quickly as possible and work on the efficiency of our kettlebell snatches at the same time!
