Purpose of the Workout:
We are going to treat today’s strength portion as an accessory day with the goal of improving our deadlift. We have Romanian Deadlifts and a Hollow Rock Hold position + a V-Up. The purpose of the Romanian Deadlift is to build strength through the posterior chain (fancy words for glutes, back, and hamstrings) which is essential for a great deadlift.

Our WOD today features two advanced gymnastics movements and dumbbell snatches. The goal here is to not become too fatigued in each round so that we are able to keep moving and keep the quality of each movement high.
