Power/WOD:
Power Clean Ladder
Cap=25 Rounds (25:00)
-1 Repetition Every Minute
-Start at 135/95, 95/65, or less
-Add 5lbs Total (2.5 Each Side)
-Once you fail at a weight 3 times, you are done.

Purpose of the Workout:
Today we are going to combine our power portion and WOD into the form of a power clean ladder! The purpose of doing this is to allow us to spend all class focusing on our power clean and also give us the opportunity to gradually build in weight until we fail (3 times in a row). The way this is going to work is each athlete is going to pick one of the 3 starting weights (should be around 55% 1RM) and add 5 pounds total (2.5lbs on each side) each minute.

If we fail on a weight, we are going to rest the remainder of the minute before we try again. If we fail 3 minutes in a row, we are done. If we then succeed, we will keep going and our 3 failure opportunities resets. Once we fail 3 times in a row, we are going to decrease the weight to 90% of our heaviest rep and continue on until we complete 25 total rounds.
