Purpose of the Workout:
Today we will be testing how high we are able to jump over an anchored PVC pipe. Think of it as reverse limbo where the pipe will get higher each round until you knock it off of its anchor. The purpose here is to keep this test of jumping power SAFE and to mitigate the risk of injuring ourselves if we miss a rep.

Our WOD today is broken up into two different parts. Part one is a 3 round triplet that you have 12:00 to complete. Once you are finished with 3 rounds, you will have the remainder of the 12:00 to rest and load your barbell as the second part is 4:00 to find your 1RM clean and jerk. This workout is designed so that you will be fatigued as you are required to lift near a maximal weight.
