AMRAP Wall Balls

Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of part one of today’s WOD is to build up to a challenging weight on the power snatch complex while maintaining perfect technique. If we’re able to successfully complete the hang power snatch, we should be able to perform the power snatch (from the floor)! The key here is going to be that explosive hip extension and a snappy press under the bar.

The second part of today’s WOD will consist of 1:00 intervals, an Assault Bike Buy-In, and a target nukber of wall balls. I know this may sound like a lot but it should be a fun and intense one. The key here is going to be maintaining that intensity of the assault bike in order to set yourself up for each round in order to accumulate a lot of wall balls before that minute expires!
