Purpose of the Workout:
Since today is our last day to power snatch as the monthly focus this month, we are going to finish up with 10 rounds building up to a heavy single or new 1RM. The goal here is to really focus on that powerful hip extension and quick pull under the bar!

Since today is our last power snatch day and CrossFit Open season, we are going to pay homage to the first Open workout ever with 11.1! The key with this one is consistency with the double unders and efficiency with the touch and go power snatches!
