Purpose of the Workout:
Our power session today will feature 3 position power snatches. The purpose of this drill is to improve our positioning in respect to the power snatch. The goal is to build weight throughout the rounds but not go above the point where any technique is compromised because of the load.

Our WOD today features a row and KB swing buy-in followed by an AMRAP of calories on the assault bike. This should be a fun that will certainly get your heart pumping!
