Purpose of the Workout:
Our power portion today is going to feature our monthly movement focus, the clean and jerk. The purpose of today is to build up in weight and finish near a 1RM. Like always, we do not want to go beyond a weight that will result in us getting sloppy with these. The goal is to go heavy while still maintaining virtuous movement standards!

Our WOD today has two short couplets; each one will begin with a row/bike buy-in and followed by an AMRAP of burpees. Because each part is 3:00 in length, the goal here is to exert near maximum effort for the row/bike in order to give ourselves as much time as possible to rep out the burpees!
