15 Bar Over Burpees
5 Clean and Jerks
12 Bar Over Burpees
4 Clean and Jerks
9 Bar Over Burpees
3 Clean and Jerks

Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s workout may, on the surface, appear short and not that substantive but believe us when we say it is very challenging and will require a lot of focus to do properly! Since our January focus is putting the clean and jerk together, today we are going to integrate heavy clean and jerks into the WOD with bar over burpees. There are a lot of nuances associated with this and today will allow the coach to cover all those and build in weight before we tackle the WOD!
