GOAL – Your goal for the Strength Session is to pick a weight that will allow
you to maintain the tempo for all reps…the tempo is subtle but we want
control! For the workout, the goal is to find a sustainable pace on the Run and
to start with smart sets on the Push Press from the beginning of the workout.

FOCUS – Our focus for today is to review the tempo, refine your technique
for strength and efficiency on the Push Press. For the workout, our focus is to
help you identify a pace/scaling option that will allow you to move well
and at a consistent pace from start to finish.
