Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of the first part of today’s WOD is to continue to practice our full snatch and get comfortable in the receiving position. In order to gain comfort and strength in the receiving position, we are going to hold that position for :03 each rep.

Our WOD today is a couplet of two movements that require a lot of hip-generated power. Each set is relatively short which means we should be able to move fast the whole time. The key to this workout is maintaining that fast pace in the later rounds!
