Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s power portion is to go heavy on our power cleans. As part of the warm up, we will refine our technique for the power clean and discuss ways to be more efficient as that weight becomes heavy. Today is not a max out day but rather a chance to maintain consistent technique as we approach those more challenging weights.

Our WOD today is a couplet of shoulder to overhead and bar over burpees. Each round will have the same amount of working time as rest but you will have 1:00 less each round. The purpose here is to go out fast each round and accumulate as many reps as you can!
