Purpose of the Workout:
Our penultimate kipping skill day is going to consist of working on kipping our ring dip. This one can be particularly tricky but will come in handy in improving our efficiency in the ring dip when we have a high number to do. Speaking of that, our WOD today has a high number of ring dips in it!

Today is a couplet of 20 pulls or strokes on the rower and 10 ring dips. The goal here is to accumulate as many calories as you can in those 20 pulls and get through those ring dips as quickly as possible so you can get another round of rowing in.
