Purpose of the Workout:
As we settle back into our regular schedule and format after the New Year festivities, we are going to focus on those elusive double unders as our monthly skill focus. Today we are going to go back to the basics and drill the fundamentals of double unders in an effort to be able to do them or refine and polish those small details for those athletes who can already do them.
Our WOD today is meant to challenge those athletes who are really good at double unders and give those athletes who are still working on them an opportunity to practice more in a WOD!
