WOD:
30:00 AMRAP
30 Russian KB Swings
25 KB Walking Lunge Steps
20 KB Snatches (10 Each Arm)
15 USA KB Swings
10 KB Clean and Press (5 Each Side)
5 Turkish Get Ups
*Every 3:00 Perform 5 Burpees

Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s skill portion is dedicated to learning or refining your Kettlebell snatch skills. The purpose of this is that the kettlebell snatch is a tricky movement which requires a lot of practice to become comfortable with. Once we properly warm up and work some skill, we are going to apply those skills to the WOD.

We have a good old Chipper style AMRAP WOD today which will require everyone to complete 5 burpees every 3:00. SInce the skill focus this month is kettlebells and dumbbells, each  movement today will involves a kettlebell (with the exception of the burpees)!
