8X200 Meter Run (Alternate each 200)
20 Rounds of “Cindy” (5 Pull Ups + 10 Push Ups + 15 Air Squats)
8X200 Meter Run (Alternate each 200)

Purpose of the Workout:
Our third iteration of Murph preparation is basically, a partner Murph. Only one partner will working at a time and the run will be broken up into 200 meter chunks while the pull ups, push ups, and squats are broken up into alternating rounds of Cindy. This should give you a taste of what the actual workout will be like but realize you will have to pace it out more when you are doing 100% of the work!
