Goal – You will CRUISE through the first few rounds of this workout but when you look at the clock, it will only be at the 6-8 minute point. Therefore, start off at a pace that you can stay at, even during the higher rep rounds. Yes, today’s workout is shorter-moderate, but the reps will add up quickly so we want to make sure we don’t sprint right out of the gate.
