Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s WOD is to realize the progress we have made in the split jerk this month. We will have 20:00 to find our new 1RM max. Make sure to ring that bell once you PR!

Our WOD for today is a nice pull/push couplet of power cleans and handstand push ups. We will be ascending reps of the power cleans and descending reps of the handstand push ups. The key here is to utilize the hips as much as possible during these two movements (if you are kipping the HSPU’s).
