GOAL – We are looking to push it on each set of Thrusters, and keep a steady pace on the Pull-Ups and Run. The time cap should allow for everyone to finish today, so we want to scale accordingly with that goal in mind!

Today, we hold space in memorial of those we lost on 9/11/2001. Our workout today pays tribute to Sgt Daniel Crabtree who died in service in Iraq in June of 2015.
