…YES – even you!

I get a lot of people who ask how I can do that crazy CrossFit stuff they see on TV. The beauty of the answer is in its simplicity. I can do CrossFit because I don’t necessarily do all that crazy stuff. Everything we do is scalable.

That means that we can have a grandparent working out next to a college athlete next to a soccer mom who has only been off the couch for a few weeks. I know this is true, because I actually see this situation multiple times a week. Every single week. That isn’t an exaggeration!

This is possible because we can take any movement and substitute lighter or simpler movements. Once those are mastered we can move up to a slightly heavier or more intricate version. This continues for weeks or months, and even years. Before you know you will be doing things you never even thought possible.

I know this, because I have lived it. I know it because it is what we teach from the beginning and we see it happen over and over.

I know that you can do CrossFit, because I have seen people just like YOU do it. Yes, even you!
