*Each time you stop/ break a set perform 5 Burpees

Today is a power focus day! We will start with power cleans and signel arm kettlebell presses. Once we review some technique on the power cleans, we will build up to a heavy single rep. On the alternating 1:30, we will be doing a combination of single arm kettlebell strict presses immediately followed by the kettlebell push press. Focus on that explosive hip drive in the push press!

Our WOD today consists of getting as many kettlebell swings as possible in 8:00….with one catch! Every time you stop or break a set, you have to perform 5 burpees. Make sure to extend your hips vertically and keep your feet planted to the ground. Score your total number of swings you accumulate in 8:00.
