Time is a difficult thing to deal with. It seems like we never have enough. We always wish we had a bit more time every day. We try to cram as much in as possible. Life sucks up so much time, work, spouses, kids, traffic, etc. It is easy to sacrifice important things to the all important clock. Be careful what you are sacrificing!

If you don’t make time for your health and well-being, I guarantee you will make time for illness. Being sick has a funny way of just taking your time, you don’t get a choice.

The good news is, the way to save time over the course of your life is to make short term difficult choices with your time. Prioritize your health. Find a few hours a week to get to the gym, or at least workout. I promise that episode of your favorite show will wait! Dig through your schedule and make time to do some cooking and meal preparation. Later you will thank you for the delicious and nutritious meal instead of yet another fast food stop.

Being a little judicious with your time priorities now will save you massive amounts of time in the future. You are worth it!
