Freaky Friday the 13th!

Purpose of the Workout:
For the first part of our WOD, we have a complex of 2 clean pulls followed by 1 clean. The purpose of the clean pulls is to focus on hitting the correct positions and then explosively driving that bar up as high as possible. Once we get to the actual clean, we will be slightly fatigued on that pull so really focus on passing through the correct positions.

Since it is Friday the 13th, we have a little themed workout. 4 Rounds (because April is the 4th month) of 3 movements with 13 reps of each. This should be a fairly quick workout so go out of the gates fast and hold on!
