Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of our power portion today is to have some fun with a “death by” formatted WOD! The way this is going to work is that the first minute you perform 1 rep, the second minute your perform 2 reps and you continue adding one rep each minute until you do not hit your target reps in the time allotted.

The second part of our WOD today is a short and sweet couplet of toes to bar and push presses. The key with this WOD is to go out hard and be efficient on the toes to bar as those are going to be the first thing that start to deteriorate!
