Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of the first part of today’s WOD is to really generate power from the hips as we know that aggressive hip extension is paramount to producing power in most of the movements we perform.

The second part of today’s WOD is a couplet of hang power snatches and double unders. This WOD is similar to a CrossFit Open workout from 2014 and will be god preparation for the upcoming CrossFit Open!
