Purpose of the Workout:
It’s Friday! And the Games are almost upon us! We are going to be working on cycling our Power Snatches today and an stringing together some Toes to Bar. This is also a great combination to build up some grip strength.

Our WOD today is a simple (don’t confuse simple with easy:)) combination of a 5:00 Assault Bike for calories and 5:00 of burpee box jump overs. In between these we have 5:00 rest which means we should attack that first 5:00 and nearly empty the tank.
