Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s power focus is to perform the full clean and jerk close to max effort. We want to work all those finer points of the technique we have gone over and maintain that as we get close to 100%. It is not a lot of total reps so keep the focus and take long breaks between sets.

For our conditioning portion today, we have a play on the first ever CrossFit Open workout released. It is a couplet of Power Snatches and Double Unders. The weight on these power snatches should be light enough to maintain a steady pace throughout the 4:00 and 2:00. We will most likely be able to get far more power snatches then double unders so for the sake of scoring this WOD each power snatch will count as 4 points while each double under will count as 1 point.
