Purpose of the Workout:
Since we did a lot of squatting on Wednesday for our Murph Prep,we moved our full clean portion to Friday to give another day to recover. Today we are performing the full variation of the lift and the objective is to build up to a single heavy repetition so that we have some idea of what our 1RM is!

The second part of our WOD is a barbell complex that features 3 different movements. The goal here is to be as efficient as possible with each movement as the weight is relatively heavy!
