Purpose of the Workout:
We started out the month with some snatch balances and heaving snatch balances. Today we are revisiting the heaving snatch balance with the objective being to go heavy. This means we may miss a few reps. The purpose of these is to be aggressive and quick as we press under the bar into our receiving position which is meant to translate to our snatch.

Our WOD today is a triplet with 2 gymnastic movements and 1 weightlifting movement. The key with today’s WOD is to keep moving and break up those sets when needed but take minimal rest.
