Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s WOD is to build up to a heavy single back squat! Once we warm up, we will have 15:00 to build in weight and see how much we can squat. Make sure we are still achieving full range of motion and have a partner to spot us OR a plan to bail out from underneath the barbell.

The second part of today’s WOD is a little bit of a venture away from our typical Monday WOD but we think you’re going to find it is going to challenge your strength endurance with all the sit-ups and push ups we have. The time cap is going to be tight on this one so make sure you are moving fast the whole time!
