Overhead Squats
Tall Box Jumps

Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s WOD is to integrate in some moderately weighted overhead squats in a WOD with tall box jumps. This WOD is going to be demanding on our lower body, core, and ability to hold that bar overhead. Since this is a relatively short WOD, we are going to spend an ample amount of time on mobility for the overhead squat and warming up for the tall box jumps!
