Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s WOD is to mix our strength focus for March, holds and grip strength, with our typical strength biased Monday WOD. Once we get a warm up in, we have 4 different movements that we will perform with the Tabata Interval format. The twist here is that during the “rest” period, we will be holding a static position. This should add an extra layer of difficulty and challenge us in a way that Tabata Intervals typically do not!

Once we finish up with that, we are going to accumulate 90 seconds in 3 different positions meant to increase our core strength and stability.
