WOD:
15:00 to accumulate as much weight lifted as possible in 20 Sets of:
1 Deadlift
1 Hang Clean or Hang Power Clean
1 Clean or  Power Clean

Purpose of the Workout:
As we enter the last week before we retest our 20RM back squat, we are going to start it off with some sets of 10. Performing these sets of 10 repetitions is meant to provide us with a similar stimulus as we have when we do our set of 20 (think muscular endurance).

Our strength focused WOD is an interesting format today. We will have a 15:00 running clock and within that time you will have 20 attempts to accumulate as much weight as possible with the complex of one deadlift, one clean or power clean, and one hang clean or hang power clean. Your score will be the sum of all the weight lifted in each of the 20 sets. If you fail on one set, your score for that set will be zero. The objective here is to go as heavy as possible without missing any lifts!
