Partner A: 1.0 KM Assault Bike
Partner B: Heavy Barbell Hold in Front Rack Position
*After Each Partner Bikes, Perform a 200 Meter Run Together

Purpose of the Workout:
Since the theme of the month is holds, and we have not done any front rack barbell holds yet, we are going to do a play on an old school workout named “Tailpipe.” Usually this workout involves rowing and a double-front rack kettlebell hold. The purpose here is to practice and strengthen our breathing when our chest is being compressed with weight. The name is derived because if the fact that it will feel like you are breathing out of a tailpipe during it(minus the Carbon Monoxide of course)!
