Partner A: 2,000 Meters
Partner B: 2,000 Meters
Partner A: 1,500 Meters
Partner B: 1,500 Meters
Partner A: 1,000 Meters
Partner B: 1,000 Meters
Partner A: 500 Meters
Partner B: 500 Meters

Purpose of the Workout:
Since we did Fran yesterday and are probably feeling sore from the week, we are going to do a non-impact partner workout consisting of a 10,000 meter row. This is by no means easy but shouldn’t make us sore. Each partner will get to row four different distances with about equal rest.
