For our Sunday Funday we are going to tackle one of the lesser known “Girl” workouts, Linda. This one is not traditional in the sense that it is all weight lifting movements. Each person will have 3 different barbells loaded with 3 different weights based on your bodyweight. You may have to adjust from what the prescribed percentage for this workout dictates based on your strengths. This workout fits in well as all three of these movements have been monthly focuses currently or in the near past.
