Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s Sunday Funday WOD is to find our 1RM bench press (who doesn’t love to bench?), build our strength endurance in the bench press, and finish off with a 9:00 segment featuring strict chin ups (underhand grip pull ups) and jumping lunges…they burn!
