Purpose of the Workout:
Our first Sunday Funday of February is going to begin by finding our 1RM deadlift. On a 20:00 running clock, we will have the opportunity to build in weight and finish off the 20:00 with either a heavy single for the day or go for a true 1RM!

To finish of Sunday, we have a quick 7:00 couplet of dumbbell hang clean thrusters and kipping pull ups. This is a classic CrossFit combination and should be a nice twist on the traditional thruster/pull up we are accustomed to!
