25 GHD Sit Ups (or 50 Weighted Ab-Mat SIt Ups)
80 Double Unders
20 GHD Sit Ups (or 40 Weighted Ab-Mat SIt Ups)
60 Double Unders
15 GHD Sit Ups (or 30 Weighted Ab-Mat SIt Ups)
40 Double Unders
10 GHD Sit Ups (or 20 Weighted Ab-Mat SIt Ups)
20 Double Unders
5 GHD Sit Ups (or 10 Weighted Ab-Mat SIt Ups)

Purpose of the Workout:
For today’s Sunday Funday we are going to be starting out with the elusive 1RM overhead squat. I say elusive because it is not something we commonly test and is extremely challenging (sometimes the most difficult part is just getting the bar locked out overhead).

From there, we are going to tackle a variation of a classic CrossFit WOD “Annie.” The difference here is that we are doubling the number of double unders and making the sit ups more challenging by either doing GHD sit ups or weighted ab-mat sit ups. The original Annie workout can be pretty benevolent so hopefully this variation will spice it up a little!
