GOAL – Focus on passing through the proper hang positions during the Strength complex. Beginners should focus almost exclusively on technique, while advanced athletes can go for a heavy set that doesn’t break down their mechanics (but challenges them!). Focus on quick transitions in the workout and starting at an aggressive pace for a sprint to the finish!
