Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s Sunday Funday is going to challenge our ability to push ourselves hard right out of the gate for a shorter WOD and to pump the brakes a bit in order to pace ourselves for a longer WOD. The three different parts are each a different time domain which means we should approach each one differently. The goal on the first two is to see how far we can make it while the goal on the last one is to see how quickly we can complete the whole WOD!
