Purpose of the Workout:
Our power portion today is pairing two very power oriented movements. Keep the weight for the power snatches lighter (~65%) in order to move that bar as quickly as possible (i.e. be powerful)! FOllowing those we will have some tall box jumps. For this pick a height one level higher than you would usually use in a WOD and are comfortable with. If you want to incrementally add some height, feel free to stack some bumper plates!

Our WOD today will be a test of how many times we can attack these shorter time frames with near maximum effort. If your double unders are still “emerging” use that minute to practice and then push even harder on the row to make up some reps. We are scoring meters today which will really reward those that put out hard on the row!
