Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of our power portion today is to both drill and then integrate in that drill into performing the whole movement. We will start with dip squats. The purpose of these is to make sure that our dip and torso position is staying vertical as we approach the weight for our 1RM. From there, we will integrate in that good positioning into the whole split jerk and have the opportunity to go heavy.

Our WOD today is going to be a relatively quick lung burner featuring deadlifts and bar over burpees. Since this WOD is only 7:00, the objective is to go out fast and hold onto that pace for the entirety of it!
