AMRAP Double Unders in Remaining Time

Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s power portion will consist of single power snatches. This means that each rep should be heavy (> or = 90% 1RM). The cluster format is a great way to build the necessary strength and speed required to snatch heavy and accumulate repetitions at this higher percentage.

For the WOD, we will be doing four 2:00 rounds and scoring how many double unders we are able to complete after the handstand push ups and power snatches. The goal here is to move fast (cycle those power snatches!) and be accurate on the double unders.
