Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of our power portion today is to perform each clean at about 90% of our 1RM. This may sound intimidating but the structure of the “clusters” allows up ample time to rest between repetitions and sets to achieve this.

The conditioning portion of our WOD today features 1:00 bursts on the assault bike for calories and :30 of double unders. Each calorie on the bike counts 2 times as much as each double under to level the playing field in terms of the total score. The key to this WOD will be your ability to perform double unders accurately after exerting ourselves on the assault bike!
