Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of today’s WOD, in addition to recovering from “Murph” if you did it, is to prime ourselves for heavy cleans. To accomplish this we will be doing clean pulls. The objective here is to pull the bar as high as possible in preparation for Friday!

Our WOD today is a modified version of “Annie.” The modification here is that we are doubling the number of double unders. If you are feeling that delayed onset muscle soreness from Murph, this is still a WOD you can complete.
