10  Double Dumbbell Push Press
15  Calorie Assault Bike
20 Kettlebell Swings
25 Double Unders

Purpose of the Workout:
The focus for our skill session for today will be building upon the foundational technique we worked on last week. For those who are more advanced, perform a few attempts to see how efficient you can be in your ascent. Can you reach the top with just two cycles?

Our long WOD for the week is going to be 8 Rounds of grinding through 5 different movements. Make sure we are scaling each of the movements appropriately to get through all 8 rounds before that time cap is up. Shoot for 3:00-3:30 per round to finish before that time cap!
