Purpose of the Workout:
Today for our skill portion we are going to focus on perfecting our kip for the toes to bar. Although this kip is similar to the kip for the pull ups we worked on last week, there are some nuanced differences between the two that we will practice.

Since we practiced our kipping toes to bar, what better time to put that practice to use than in an actual WOD! Our WOD today is a longer one that features two stations of burpees and toes to bar with different ways to get from station to station. The key here will be maintaining a sustainable pace throughout with an increase in that intensity the last 5 minute or so!
